Notice to Bob Grove, Grove Enterprises and authors/columnist writing for Monitoring Times
It has been brought to my attention that posts I've made to various email lists have been used in
3 issues of Monitoring Times this year (2003). In all three instances no credit was given to the
source, one however did include a typographical error of which I made in my original post.
I realize that Mr. Grove has probably black listed the name and/or URL of
www.MilAirComms.com from the Monitoring Times publication. Personally I don't really care.
However I do start caring when information I share free of charge is then used in a
commercial for profit publication (i.e.: Monitoring Times) for the sole purpose of profit.
Authors/columnist are permitted to use data, information, maps, graphics, photos and/or articles
published on MilAirComms.com as long as credit is given to www.MilAirComms.com. However if credit isn't given
then you are not welcome to use the data.
